While conducting the research work we should be thriving to produce some innovative information through our research work in the field that we are conducting the research work.

We have to be careful in providing the unique data in our research proposal and bringing about our own existing in the research with all the proper proof readings.

In order to implement our research work we have to draft the research proposal first. Here we are going to discuss what are the details that we need to provide in the research proposal.

Introductory text:

• Writing a PhD research proposal is of giving the overall idea about the research that we are going to conduct.
• In the introduction of our research proposal we have to clearly mention how this research will be useful.
• In adequate we have to add the information of the previous existing researches.
• We have to bring out the information about the research outcome for our research work.
• We have to bring the importance of referring and then all the referrals should be made only from the standard sites alone.
• The more we refer for the research information we are able to get enough data for us to execute our research work.
• Writing about the overall research plan has to be included as a part of introduction and we also have to provide the general overview about the research initial step to till the final result stage.

Exclusive research topic:

• The research topic has to be selected based on our choice and interest but should be exclusive.
• We have to mainly consider our well known field and have to select the topic for the research.
• Based on the previous study we have to choose the topic so as to easily connect with the research field.
• Our research topic itself has to provide the enough information about the research work among the readers of our research proposal.
• The topic that we are selecting for our PhD should be efficient because we are going to work with the selected topic for around two to three years.
• The topic of our research should attract the readers of the research proposal and have to make them curious and interested to know about our research work.

Background of the study:

• After finalizing the desired topic for the research work we have to collect the information that are needed to initiate our research.
• In the research proposal the background writing of the study is about bringing the important details about the evolution of research field.
• We need to collect the necessary information for our research only from the research journals of the recent year existing journals.
• The reference research journals are studied with deep interest and we need to gather all the relevant data about our research topic.
• We have to understand the concept that is mentioned in the reference journals and have to provide our research work in a constrained manner by considering the implemented concepts of the existing researches.

• From the reference journals we need to selectively refer some important researches that are in relevant with our research work.
• We need to analyse for what problem the previously existing research was proposed in the research field.
• Then form the in depth understanding of the research we need to write about the missing data or the unspoken problem of the existing research.
• With the proper analysis we have to write about the gap in the research that we have found and even we shall consider the analyses gap as the problem that we are going to include in our research work.
• The chosen problem from the gaps of the existing research journals should be effective and once in our research work if we find the solution for the noticed problem, the solution should be enough to provide the appropriate data for the missing gaps of the existing literature.

Data analysis:

• By reading the reference journals we have to gather the important data that are necessary for us to develop our research work.
• We have to make sure that we need to collect data from the research journals and ensure that the collected information are in relevant to our research topic.
• There are some methods used in every research journals to execute the previously existing research works. We need to look at that kind of methodologies and select one specific methodology for our research work.
• We have to find out the algorithm form the previously existing researches to make them use in our research work so as to provide the solution for our research problem statement.
• The collected information for implementing our research should make the readers of our research work feel worthy with our collected data.

Research aim and objectives:

• We need to write the main scope of conducting the research work. We can elaborately write the benefits that our research work will be produced in the corresponding research sectors.
• We have to strongly specify the actual goal of preceding our research on the proposed topic. Among them we should list out the benefits of conducting the research in this section.
• We must specify the advancement that can be gained by conducting this research in our field of study.
• We have to mention the futuristic scope that we are able to bring in the field of our research.
• The aim and scope of our research proposal should give more expectations and curiosity to the readers.

Used references:

• It is necessary for us to bring out the list of existing standard research articles or the research journals of recent years that we have cited in our research proposal.
• If we are referring for the reference journals from the Sci we need to mention around twenty reference journals list and if we are referring Scopus we need to mention around twelve reference journals.
• We must ensure that all our reference journals have to be gathered from the standard reference sites like IEEE, MDPI, Springer, Hindawi, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, etc..,
• We mention the list of used references for the purpose of proof reading and also for the reference in our future endeavours.

Therefore, we have to draft a research proposal for PhD by including all the discussed data and to write an informative research proposal only then we will be eligible to get scholarship for our PhD research work.
